At ZippyMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You can request a return in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged, defective, or spoiled products
Expired items received
Non-returnable items:
Fresh fruits & vegetables
Dairy products
Frozen foods
Personal care & hygiene items (once opened)
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.
If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund to your bank account or ZippyMart wallet after verifying the return.
Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (for example, fresh groceries delivered again within the same day).
Replacement is subject to product availability.
How to Request a Return/Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.

Important Notes
Products must be returned in original packaging (where applicable).
Refunds may be rejected if items are used, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
Final decision regarding refunds and returns will be taken by ZippyMart
