Returns & Replacement policy

At ZippyMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


✅ Returns

You can request a return in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged, defective, or spoiled products

  • Expired items received

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Fresh fruits & vegetables

  • Dairy products

  • Frozen foods

  • Personal care & hygiene items (once opened)


💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund to your bank account or ZippyMart wallet after verifying the return.


🔄 Replacements

  • In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (for example, fresh groceries delivered again within the same day).

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.


📌 How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.

⚖️ Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging (where applicable).

  • Refunds may be rejected if items are used, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
